My auntie Marie die the day after her birthday peacefully in her sleep, she had been not well with pains up her arm she went to the doctors the day before her birthday and they sent her home, he should have sent her to the hospital but didn't.
The morning after her birthday my gran had phoned and john my cousin told my gran that his mum was still in her bed it was unlike her cause she was always up early but my gran told john to leave her as she was not well, so john did, an hour or to later my gran phoned again and john told ma gran that she was still asleep my gran told john to go and wake her up and that's when he discovered that she passed away.
The day of her birthday i went up with a present and card for her but as she was not well she had went to lie down so i didn't get any answer at the door so i went up to my Gran's and left her present there, she never got her present.
I have lots of happy memories of my auntie Marie in fact i use to call mammy Marie and i use to stay with her on school holidays and when ever i could.
I remember when i was younger, we use to visit at weekends and my mum would always say to me now don't ask to stay with auntie Marie but i always did and got my own way. i use to steal my auntie Marie nighty's and had a favorite one, i remember it as if it was yesterday the nighty had a love heart on it.
When i stayed with my auntie Marie i spent most of my time going shopping with her, playing with my big cousin John, and playing with the dog Shane.
